Main Duties

  • Work with Reliable forecasting systems for  better prediction results and decreased expenses for operations. 
  • Develop affordable and creative solutions which will enable its growth during times of resource restrictions. 
  • Expand its current operations by using automation technology together with new advanced systems. 
  • Roll out best practices across geographies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
  • Drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an academic program that matches their field of study which includes business or engineering programs.
  • Three years of experience managing programs or projects in workplaces that require adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Experience collaborating with teams which include both technical staff and non-technical personnel.
  • Possesses strong analytical abilities which include advanced Excel skills that enable them to work with Pivot Tables and VLookUps.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of SQL together with expertise in data-driven decision-making methods. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing complete program delivery processes while delivering high-level status updates to executive management. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities which extend from entry-level employees to executive-level personnel across multiple organizational teams.
  • Acquired expertise in three areas which include process optimization and program scheduling and development of programs that can operate on a large scale.
  • Possesses expertise in three areas which include forecasting and inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Ability to execute advanced project management tasks within dynamic business environments that experience rapid expansion.
