Job Description

The Program Manager at Inception is responsible for leading large-scale AI programs across Abu Dhabi’s State-Owned Enterprise Group 42. The role requires people to plan and execute AI-driven transformation projects which will improve operational efficiency and customer experience while achieving digital goals. The candidate needs to show expertise in three areas including program management and stakeholder coordination and handling complex AI implementations for enterprises.

Main Duties

  • Create detailed program plans which must include all project timelines together with required resources and all project milestones and performance indicators which can be measured. 
  • Responsibility for complete management of AI program implementation which requires them to deliver results that meet the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, and partners to ensure seamless program collaboration.
  • Monitor program progress, track risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions through workshops, training, and enterprise engagement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree or a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration or Technology Management or AI or any related field. 
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in program management or digital transformation work. 
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of program governance and compliance frameworks and enterprise delivery models. 
  • The ability to manage projects that involve multiple stakeholders and lead to measurable operational outcomes. 
  • Exceptional skills in communication and leadership while working effectively with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI-based digital transformation projects which operate in enterprise environments. 
  • PMO methodologies together with risk management and compliance frameworks. 
  • Capacity to oversee intricate programs which operate in governmental and large organizational environments. 
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities while maintaining a strong commitment to completing tasks and developing their skills.
