Main Duties

  • Analyze sales, collections, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and presentations with key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters, and broker performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems including sales and customer records.
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and improve data quality.
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams for data validation and alignment.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and have 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant work. 
  • Demonstrates exceptional ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. 
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills which include proficiency in pivot tables and lookups and basic modeling functions. 
  • Acquired basic skills to operate customer relationship management systems which include Salesforce. 
  • Develop organized presentation materials through PowerPoint software. 
  • Knowledge about sales processes and collection monitoring and performance measurement. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and maintains organizational skills and dependable behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using data visualization tools and dashboarding tools. 
  • Knowledge of techniques which enable automated report generation. 
  • Possess excellent communication abilities together with skills to work with different departments.
