Main Duties

• Data examination to discover insights and find practical solutions from their analysis of extensive complex data sets. 
• Predictive models and operational algorithms which they implement to solve aviation industry challenges.
• Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models for improved accuracy, scalability, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create AI-driven solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Data Science Computer Science Aviation Engineering meets essential educational requirements for this position. 
• Possess 5 to 7 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a related position with a preference for candidates who have aviation industry experience. 
• Demonstrates programming proficiency in Python and R and Java while showing expertise in data analysis libraries such as pandas and numpy and scikit-learn. 
• Demonstrates a solid grasp of machine learning algorithms which includes regression and classification and clustering and neural networks. 
• Demonstrates proficiency in data visualization tools which include Tableau and Power BI and matplotlib while exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in aviation operations together with specific knowledge about challenges and opportunities present in the aviation industry.
• Experience using machine learning to solve actual business operational issues. 
• Demonstrates exceptional focus on tasks while being able to function both as an independent worker and as part of a team. 
• Possesses excellent communication abilities together with strong interpersonal skills which enable him to work effectively with different teams. 
• Demonstrates capacity to create new solutions by maintaining knowledge about current developments in data science and artificial intelligence.
