Job Description

The Network Losses Program Manager at Amazon Operations manages operational loss reductions in AMZL through three main methods which include standardized metric implementation and AI reporting system development and process enhancement. The role requires collaboration between technical teams and operational teams while the team creates dashboards to analyze deviations and supports WBR/MBR reviews which will improve performance results through better operational efficiency and precise customer delivery.

Main Duties

  • Implement three components which include technological support and uniform measurement standards and tracking systems. 
  • Examine operational losses together with their respective deviations and their main cause factors. 
  • AI-based systems which produce unified reporting dashboards and analytical platforms. 
  • Collaborate with operational leaders together with other departments for their performance evaluations. 
  • Implement ongoing process enhancements together with methods to decrease network-related losses. 

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or Computer Science or a related discipline. 
  • Three years of experience in managing programs and projects across different organizational departments. 
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in using Excel SQL and data analytics software. 
  • Possesses strong expertise in process optimization and performance measurement system development. 
  • Demonstrated abilities in managing stakeholders while successfully executing complete project delivery.
