Main Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and AI specialists to deliver AI-powered applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and architecture teams to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, release management, and optimization.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure quality, compliance, and risk control.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, mentor teams, and promote best practices in AI/ML, cloud, and DevOps.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or AI or any other technical field is required which will be replaced by a Master’s degree.
  • 7 years of experience in technical delivery software development or cloud engineering work. 
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Azure Cloud ecosystem together with AI/ML pipelines and DevOps practices. 
  • Technical skills which help candidates to participate in architecture conversations and conduct code assessments. 
  • Ability to create complete AI solutions and cloud-based systems. 
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in leadership and stakeholder management together with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possesses Azure and AI/ML and DevOps certifications will have an advantage in the hiring process. 
  • Demonstrate their experience of working with continuous integration and continuous deployment and with automation frameworks in agile environments. 
  • Problem-solving skills which enable him to build systems that can scale and operate in production environments.
