Main Duties
- Deliver technical support to create scalable cloud solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain operational efficiency of AWS environments while they work to decrease expenses and make system operations simpler.
- Establishes robust customer connections through its comprehensive understanding of business requirements and technical difficulties faced by customers.
- Drive technical discussions which cover incidents and trade-offs and their risk management methods.
- Work together with architects and consultants and sales account managers from internal teams.
- Discover ways which will help customers achieve greater value through their adoption of AWS services.
- Support customers in migrating workloads and solving diverse cloud-related technical problems.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any related technical field.
- Experience handling technical engineering work and resolving issues in distributed systems environments.
- Possess knowledge about compute systems storage systems networking systems database systems and both DevOps and security systems.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills enable them to handle intricate technical issues that customers present.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Amazon Web Services or at least one other cloud computing platform.
- Demonstrate experience in both customer-facing positions and their technical leadership duties.
- Needs to demonstrate Arabic language skills to engage with customers in the regional market.
