Main Duties
- Technical sales processes by identifying customer requirements and delivering customized solutions.
- Works with account managers to assess potential customers while driving business development initiatives.
- Technical demonstrations through multiple platforms which include onsite sessions webinars and industry events to demonstrate product advantages.
- Solutions through proof of value engagements require testing on Splunk platforms.
- Relationships with stakeholders will enable businesses to succeed while maintaining customer engagement throughout the long term.
Essential Qualifications
- Actual experience working in either technical sales or pre-sales or solution engineering fields.
- Possess work experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, ITOps and observability platforms.
- Perform technical demonstrations for various customer situations and different operational settings.
- Direct experience executing proof of value assessments through data platform implementations.
- Establish residency in the UAE or show readiness to travel for face-to-face client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates expertise in IT infrastructure systems along with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance frameworks.
- Possesses knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker and serverless application architectures.
- Experience using monitoring tools which include real-user monitoring and synthetic testing.
- Possesses cybersecurity certifications which include Splunk Enterprise Security Admin and CISSP and other cybersecurity credentials.
- Programming skills in Python and Java and Go programming languages while demonstrating AI/LLM concept comprehension.
