Main Duties

• Provide expert technical consultancy and lead delivery of assigned IT work packages.
• Design and develop robust IT solutions aligned with business and corporate standards.
• Ensure architecture meets service levels including availability, performance, and security requirements.
• Develop solution architectures following enterprise architecture standards and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enable monitoring, incident management, and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification with strong technical foundation.
• Possess more than five years of work experience specifically in VMware technologies with a particular focus on NSX-T design and administration. 
• Complete knowledge of networking technologies which include local area networks and wide area networks and routing and switching networks and border gateway protocol and software-defined networking systems. 
• Practical skills in implementing automation solutions which include Python and Terraform and Ansible and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. 
• Demonstrates complete knowledge of ITIL framework and network security and monitoring tools and management of enterprise network systems. 

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware certifications such as VCDX-NV or VCP-NV along with expertise in NSX-T technologies.
• Possesses expertise in designing high-availability and resiliency systems which include HSRP and VRRP and ECMP technologies. 
• Possesses knowledge of Network Access Control systems together with identity systems and enterprise authentication protocols. 
• Capacity to guide technical teams while providing mentorship to engineers and overseeing complex projects in enterprise settings. 
• Demonstrates strong skills in documentation and communication while effectively managing stakeholder relationships in technical environments.
