Job Description

The Senior Manager, Transformation at DAMAC leads all AI and RPA transformation projects that affect the entire organization through his work with Internal Audit (IA) operations. The organization requires development of transformation roadmaps which will bring about organizational change through AI solutions while ensuring that all governance and compliance requirements meet established business performance standards. 

The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in AI/ML and RPA tools, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality transformation outcomes.

Main Duties

  • AI transformation roadmap which will extend across multiple years and will support both organizational strategic goals and risk management limits. 
  • Identification and evaluation of all potential use cases for AI and RPA throughout the complete audit process. 
  • Establish key performance indicators together with dashboards which will measure operational efficiency and cost reductions and improvements in quality. 
  • Establish AI governance ensuring compliance, auditability, explainability, and strong data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, analytics teams delivering scalable and secure AI solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field is required for this position. 
  • Ten years of experience working in technology transformation or internal audit positions. 
  • Five years of experience using AI and RPA solutions to implement systems in businesses. 
  • Demonstrates expertise in using RPA tools which include UiPath Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere platforms. 
  • Proficiency in AI ML tools which include Python Azure OpenAI and similar frameworks. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree which should include a focus on artificial intelligence analytics or data science. 
  • Demonstrate experience in managing intricate digital transformation projects within substantial corporate settings. 
  • Demonstrate expertise with business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau, to produce reporting insights. 
  • Possesses exceptional leadership abilities which allow him or her to handle stakeholders from multiple departments and different company levels. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining AI deployments according to both governance standards and legal requirements.
