Job Description

Huspy is hiring a product designer to shape intuitive digital experiences across real estate technology products. The role focuses on end-to-end UX, user research, rapid prototyping, and continuous product improvement. The position involves collaboration with product and engineering teams, applying design systems, using Figma, analyzing customer feedback, and aligning design decisions with business objectives across EMEA markets. 

Experience: 4+ years 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product design process from start to finish, providing a consistent experience for users.
  • Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure proper design execution.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, product managers  and contextual research to make sound design decisions.
  • Deliver meaningful functionality in products that evolve through user feedback and testing.
  • Design decisions which must be aligned with the overall business vision and must have measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bringing at least 4 years of design experience in web, application, e-commerce, dashboard, B2B, and B2C design.
  • Show good skill sets in designing concepts quickly, testing, validating, and iterating them effectively.
  • Offer a good portfolio showcasing design skills and successful digital products.
  • Have great UI design skills in terms of layout, typography, branding, and visual design.
  • Figma skills should be very strong, along with other project management skills and deadline management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in implementing design systems in highly complex digital products and varied user experiences.
  • Expertise in branding concepts and implementation in contemporary digital product identities.
  • Expertise in incorporating feedback from customers and analytics in making continuous improvements to the product.
  • Expertise in aligning the design process with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Expertise in working with the product, engineering, and business teams in fast-growth technology companies.
