Job Description

The Principal Intelligence Analyst at Mandiant Intelligence, part of Google Cloud, will be responsible for delivering actionable cyber threat intelligence to enterprise customers. The role requires the analysis of advanced cyber threats which includes incident response work and strategic intelligence support for security teams and executive stakeholders while interacting with customers who speak Arabic.

Main Duties

• Analyze advanced cyber threats by evaluating attacker techniques, behaviors, and evolving industry trends.
• Conduct strategic and tactical intelligence research to identify and assess adversarial activities.
• Correlate threat intelligence data to track threat actors and uncover meaningful security insights.
• Deliver clear intelligence briefings to executives and stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers to define intelligence needs and provide actionable cybersecurity recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity or related technical field.
• Five years of experience working in customer-facing roles that involve cybersecurity investigative work or intelligence work.
• Extensive experience in three areas which include cyber threat intelligence and network forensics and threat analysis methodologies.
• Effectively manages projects to achieve successful outcomes while working in environments that create high-stress situations.
• Arabic language proficiency to communicate with stakeholders and address customer needs.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to both executive leaders and technical security personnel. 

Preferred Qualifications

• History includes government and military positions which required cybersecurity expertise and intelligence work. 
• Monitoring advanced persistent threats and managing all stages of cyber intelligence operations. 
• Handling incident response and security operations center activities and conducting threat hunting operations. 
• Possesses knowledge about SIEM systems and endpoint detection technology and intrusion detection systems and SOAR platforms. 
• Practical experience of using threat intelligence to secure enterprise security systems and their operational processes.
