The Customer Success Manager at Group 42 (G42)  is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of cloud, AI, and GPU-based services while driving customer satisfaction and technology adoption. Main Duties

  • Handle service processes for cloud AI and GPU solutions while meeting service level agreements and achieving operational efficiency. 
  • Establish enduring customer connections by providing advisory services which help clients with their digital transformation and cloud implementation needs.
  • Optimize Microsoft Azure consumption by guiding customers on cloud, AI integration, and GPU utilization strategies.
  • Manage service performance, incidents, and change processes to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve services, and identify growth opportunities through upselling and expansion.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree requirements include obtaining a degree from an IT, Computer Science, Business, or related academic program. 
  • Possess a minimum of five years experience in customer success and service delivery or cloud consulting. 
  • Three years of experience in promoting and increasing Microsoft Azure usage. 
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of Azure solution areas which include Infrastructure Data and AI Security and App Innovation. 
  • Possesses expertise in cloud economics as well as FinOps and governance and compliance framework implementation. 
  • Practical knowledge of enterprise IT systems and multi-cloud environments and IT service management procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Position is AZ-900 while candidates should have either AZ-305 or an equivalent certification as their preferred certification. 
  • Possess experience working in Microsoft partner ecosystem and cloud consulting environments. 
  • Knowledge about networking and storage technologies and database systems and multi-vendor technology solutions. 
  • Demonstrate their ability to handle project management through their skills in stakeholder management and customer engagement. 
  • Demonstrate their ability to execute multiple cloud transformation projects which deliver services at a large scale.
