Main Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision to Cyber Solutions Consulting teams, ensuring successful project execution.
- Design and deliver cybersecurity transformation solutions including assessments, remediation, and roadmap planning strategies.
- Oversee technical delivery across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise cybersecurity architecture and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated cybersecurity and OT solutions.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and operational standards across engagements.
- Support presales activities including solution design, proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
- Drive innovation by identifying new business opportunities and improving cybersecurity service offerings.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity or Information Security or any related technical discipline.
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and systems integration and enterprise security consulting positions.
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architectural design and security controls and security frameworks and best practices for enterprise security.
- Experience managing projects that involve direct client interaction while implementing difficult cybersecurity transformation projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead teams while managing project delivery and connecting technical solutions with organizational business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess either CISSP or CISM or CISA or equivalent cybersecurity certifications for their preferred certification.
- Operational technology cybersecurity experience together with knowledge of security information and event management tools and experience in running enterprise-level cyber resilience initiatives.
- Demonstrates effective leadership abilities together with strong communication skills and the capacity to manage stakeholders in collaborative work across different departments.
- Create business proposals together with pricing models while supporting the achievement of financial performance objectives.
