Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and design scalable infrastructure architecture in alignment with business goals and industry standards.
  • Offer remote desktop support and solve technical problems effectively.
  • Perform system performance monitoring and rectify any identified bottlenecks.
  • Assess new technology, do an infrastructure audit, and provide recommendations for improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
  • Work with vendors and domain experts in the cards & payments space to deliver infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in infrastructure, services management, or any related technology field.
  • High proficiency in remote desktop support and dealing with complex technical problems.
  • Experience in building scalable infrastructure architecture for enterprise and hybrid work setups.
  • Proficient in security procedures, performance tuning, and other related practices such as system monitoring.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Cards & Payments is a definite plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise infrastructure environments and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring, system optimization and issue resolution.
  • Awareness about new technologies in the domain of infrastructure and their implementation in enterprise environments.
  • Infrastructure project coordination experience with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Domain knowledge about cards and payments and technology solutions experience in a financial services environment.
