Main Duties

• Lead the Finance Data, Process, and Technology (DPT) team to support finance strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Design and deploy global finance processes, policies, and controls to ensure operational efficiency.
• Define and govern finance data strategies and enterprise-level governance frameworks.
• Drive finance digital transformation initiatives through advanced technology adoption.
• Act as business process owner for finance process management frameworks and architecture.
• Develop finance technology capability mapping and business solution planning.
• Establish performance, cost, time, and quality metrics aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement enabling technologies supporting finance strategy.
• Provide insights into cost optimization, revenue opportunities, and financial performance metrics.
• Report progress, strategy alignment, and outcomes to CFO and senior finance executives.

Essential Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in finance leadership and business processes and IT and data management. 
• Experience working in major organizations that have intricate operations and multiple international locations. 
• Leadership experience that includes team management and handling matrix organization structures. 
• Knowledge about enterprise finance solutions and financial transformation programs. 
• Together with senior executives to develop and implement complicated business and technological projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Develop finance technology expertise through work with cloud computing and robotic process automation and AI-based automation systems. 
• Extensive knowledge of financial analytics and performance metrics and financial performance management systems. 
• Experience in transforming finance business needs into technological solutions. 
• Business models that focus on customer needs and with business models used in the aviation sector. 
• Advanced skills in both leadership and stakeholder management.
