Main Duties

• Lead full lifecycle of assets and market intelligence, from data analysis to financial decision-making.
• Maintain residual value, pricing, and market forecasting models across brands and segments.
• Define and enforce Asset Risk Framework, covering market, EV transition, concentration, and volatility risks.
• Provide risk-driven inputs for IFRS9, provisions, ECL, and capital planning.
• Ensure all models are auditable, explainable, and regulator-ready.
• Chair Residual Value & Risk Committees, translating analytics into actionable financial decisions.
• Own AI-driven asset intelligence platform: data pipelines, forecasting, valuation, risk models, dashboards, and real-time reporting.
• Replace external vendors with scalable in-house AI solutions for higher accuracy and cost efficiency.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• More than ten years of experience in Data Science, Risk analysis, Pricing, Forecasting and Financial Modelling work. 
• Expertise in Python, SQL and large-scale data extraction and advanced statistical and machine learning models. 
• Develop strong governance through its explainable models which operate in regulated environments. 
• Demonstrate leadership abilities and executive influence skills and team-building capabilities.
• Work experience in automotive, asset finance, banking and insurance portfolio management.
