Main Duties

  • Develop and execute the organization’s technology transformation roadmap to enhance digital maturity.
  • Establish and manage Enterprise and Business Architecture practices for improved agility and alignment.
  • Lead innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technology trends and GEN-AI opportunities.
  • Oversee enterprise architecture activities to ensure efficient business and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic technology decisions and transformation programs.
  • Manage and mentor teams of architects, strategists, and technology professionals.
  • Promote enterprise architecture as a key driver for business value and innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related discipline. 
  • 15 years of work experience in IT transformation and architecture and technology leadership positions. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks which include TOGAF, FEAF, Zachman and DOD. 
  • Possesses proven expertise in three areas strategic planning program management and digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge about software-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service, application programming interfaces, microservices and event-driven architectural systems. 
  • IT service management software development life cycle Agile methodologies and Lean methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Architecture frameworks include TOGAF and FEAF and Zachman. 
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). 
  • Possesses strong leadership abilities together with communication skills and stakeholder management expertise. 
  • The executive team together with cross-functional teams can be influenced through my ability to work with them. 
  • Extensive expertise in upcoming technologies together with predictive analytics and digital ecosystem understanding.
