Main Duties
- Coordinate digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Manage operational tasks including invoicing, reporting, and vendor coordination for project efficiency.
- Support requirement gathering, RFP responses, and proposal submissions across multiple technology initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to maintain timelines.
- Develop expertise in CRM systems, document management tools, and enterprise digital platforms.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering or any related technical discipline.
- Essential knowledge about Project Management standards and coordination methods.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems and Document Management systems and Data Analytics basic concepts.
- Effective communication skills together with strong interpersonal abilities and organizational competence.
- Manage several tasks while maintaining productivity during stressful work situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference to candidates who possess project management certification or relevant training.
- Possess knowledge about either SEMOS Cloud or M-Files or Monday.com CRM systems.
- Experience working with enterprise IT systems and digital transformation projects.
- Possesses strong analytical skills together with problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work together with different teams and external partners.
