Main Duties

• Deploy production-ready AI agents to strengthen compliance workflows across enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM, analytics, and enterprise platforms efficiently.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across ESG, CCP, ICCP, and risk governance areas.
• Develop secure, auditable AI architectures with explainability and traceability features.
• Track performance using benchmarks, latency metrics, and continuous optimization strategies.

Essential Qualifications

• The developers need to deliver a complete AI Agent which shows successful enterprise deployment for production use. 
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of AI Agents and LLMs and the design of scalable system architectures. 
• Experience with AI system integration across both cloud and enterprise environments. 
• Its successful operation through established performance standards and reliability measures and its actual operational results. 
• Create technical documents and conduct demonstrations while providing references to enterprise customers. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both Azure and cloud-agnostic artificial intelligence deployment platforms. 
• Possesses expertise in Responsible AI practices which involve bias mitigation and governance methods. 
• Knowledge about enterprise compliance frameworks together with risk management systems. 
• Advanced capabilities for documentation purposes and audit tracking and user accessibility to system functionality. 
• Ability to advance AI system development through different stages of enterprise deployment.
