Job Description

Engineer/MSS Managed Services NOC & SOC is a technical position at e& focused on maintaining customer IT environments, network stability, and operational continuity. Responsibilities

• Ensure the monitor customer environments using NOC & SOC and ensure steady performance of IT services.
• Carry out network troubleshooting to detect connectivity problems, disruptions in service, and infrastructural events.
• Facilitate network monitoring tasks, network enhancements, configuration and maintenance.
• Cooperate with other internal technical staff as well as customers to help deliver efficient managed services.
• Manage IT infrastructure documentation, generate performance reports, conduct network audits, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or another related technical field.
• Knowledgeable in networking, protocols, infrastructure technology, and enterprise connectivity.
• Hands-on experience in using network monitoring tools, network management systems, and infrastructure support services.
• Proficient in analysis and problem-solving with knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in networking recognised by the industry, for example, CCNA/CCNP.
• Experience working in an NOC/SOC environment, enterprise-level network, and process-security-orientated operations.
• Understanding of managed service models, service level needs, monitoring infrastructure, and operation reporting.
• Knowledge of network audit, security, compliance, and IT infrastructure management.
• Approach to technology upgrades, service enhancement, knowledge exchange, and technical documentation.
