Main Duties

• Monitor transportation dashboards and manage intra-day capacity planning activities.
• Execute change requests from partner teams with high accuracy within defined SLAs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
• Support business growth by developing scalable and automated planning solutions.
• Apply problem-solving and communication skills to coordinate across technical and operational teams.
• Implement best practices to reduce supply chain losses and improve efficiency.
• Adapt to shift-based work schedules, including nights and weekends when required.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business or engineering or finance or any related discipline. 
• Demonstrates advanced skills in both data analysis and operational planning. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with special emphasis on Excel. 
• Exceptional skills in communication together with abilities to manage relationships with various stakeholders. 
• Effectively in environments that require quick work under demanding conditions while maintaining precise focus on their tasks. .

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess experience with both transportation management systems and retail supply chain operations management. 
• Advanced Excel skills and advanced skills for creating reports. 
• Experience using automation tools which enable data-driven decision-making. 
• Experience working in both large-scale logistics operations and e-commerce environments.
