Job Description

DAMAC is hiring a Project Manager to oversee data center initiatives, ensuring smooth stakeholder coordination and project execution. The role involves managing infrastructure operations and regulatory compliance and partner collaboration to achieve project deadlines. The candidates will lead reporting initiatives while they coordinate activities between different teams to assist with large data center projects in multiple operational environments.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate corporate communication and stakeholder alignment across Nordic data center infrastructure projects efficiently.
  • Manage JV partner Hyperco coordination including deliverables tracking, invoicing processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor permitting approvals, power connectivity, and regulatory activities for ongoing data center project execution.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, legal standards, and regional compliance frameworks across project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field. 
  • Five years of experience in project management or corporate coordination or consulting roles. 
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and external partners and consultants and joint venture partners. 
  • Knowledge of project environments that involve infrastructure and utilities and telecom and data center operations. 
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools and project management software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge about power utilities together with their regulatory obligations and requirements for building infrastructure. 
  • Exceptional communication skills which he combines with organizational abilities and his capability to solve problems through analytical methods. 
  • Manage multiple tasks at once while working on demanding projects.
