Job Description

Senior Engineer Machine Learning position at Group 42 G42 requires professionals to create and implement and enhance AI software systems which operate at scale within real-world environments. The position requires advanced machine learning knowledge together with current DevOps practices and cloud deployment techniques to develop artificial intelligence systems that maintain high performance across Azure and multiple cloud platforms.

Main Duties

  • Design machine learning models while creating complete systems which power extensive artificial intelligence systems.
  • Creating continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines which optimize machine learning workflows and oversee model development processes. 
  • Establish AI solutions through Azure Kubernetes Service AKS deployment and Kubernetes orchestration maintenance. 
  • Use agentic pipelines to create sophisticated AI systems which execute advanced reasoning processes. 
  • Enhance LLM-based applications through three key performance indicators which include latency and scalability and overall system efficiency. 
  • Apply LLMOps standards to handle large language models which operate in cloud computing systems. 
  • Works together with different departments to make sure production systems operate without problems during deployment. 
  • System supports compliance and monitoring together with Microsoft Azure Stack high availability which enables GCP and AWS environment operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ML engineering and cloud-based deployment.
  • Candidates must possess extensive knowledge about CI/CD and DevOps methods applied to ML systems.
  • The person has practical experience in using VLLM and Slang frameworks to deliver LLMs.
  • Expertise in using Azure Pipelines, AKS and container orchestration technologies.
  • Possesses complete knowledge about LLMOps and latency optimization and scalable ML system design.
  • Has advanced Python programming abilities together with expertise in ML development frameworks.
  • Demonstrates complete knowledge about production-level ML systems and their monitoring methods and reliability engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with multiple cloud platforms which includes both Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. 
  • Have knowledge about Agentic Pipelines together with their advanced AI orchestration framework. 
  • Demonstrates complete project ownership which enables them to successfully finish all work responsibilities. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities together with effective collaboration skills across different organizational departments.
