Job Description

The AI Implementation Engineer at Inception is responsible for designing, deploying, and operating production-grade AI agents that work within the company’s enterprise workflows. This role requires candidates to show practical engineering abilities, knowledge of AI-powered systems and to create secure and dependable systems while working together with product teams and architecture teams and platform teams to achieve specific operational results.

Main Duties

• Create operational AI agents through pro-code frameworks by developing their complete setup process and production deployment methods.
• Execute all agent functions through the implementation of essential operational components which include both tools and planned operational procedures.
• Establish connections between AI agents and business processes to handle approval requests, complete tasks, and perform data updates.
• Develop sustainable system connections through the use of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectural designs.
• Proceed with operating artificial intelligence systems inside protected environments that meet enterprise security requirements.
• Engage in testing activities which include both product releases and development process improvements.
• Tuning and enhancing deployed agents using operational data and customer feedback for performance assessment purposes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering or AI implementation or solutions engineering.
• Advanced Python skills and practical experience with Microsoft agent frameworks and other agentic frameworks.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of vector databases together with AI search patterns.
• Proven ability to develop pro-code solutions through AI-enabled services and agent-based services.
• Experience in implementing API connections across systems used in enterprise environments together with their operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio extensibility, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience deploying and operating solutions in secure, enterprise-grade environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and production-quality focus
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
