Job Description

The Senior Product Manager at Group 42 (G42) will drive the strategy and development of advanced AI and data products while aligning innovation with business objectives. The director of this role will construct product roadmaps and manage cross-departmental teams which will lead to successful implementation of AI solutions that can scale. The candidate will work together with teams from engineering, data science, marketing and sales to develop products which will deliver high value to customers by solving difficult industry problems.

Main Duties

• Develop and execute AI and data product strategies aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends.
• Define clear product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate customer feedback and market research into actionable development plans.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle while collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics to optimize product features, customer value, and overall business impact.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and support successful product launches.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related technical field. 
• 7 to 10 years of technical product management experience which includes 3 years of work with AI and data products. 
• Deep technical knowledge of AI machine learning data science and cloud computing technologies. 
• Demonstrated success in developing and running sophisticated AI-based solutions from their previous work experience. 
• Possesses strong leadership abilities together with effective communication skills which enable collaboration across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree requirement calls for an applicant to possess either an MBA degree or equivalent educational credentials in technology or business fields. 
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities which enable him to convert technical skills into product benefits. 
• Possesses experience in working within rapid development environments that focus on technological innovation. 
• Two critical abilities which enable him to guide teams while creating an environment that promotes both innovation and team cooperation. 
• Intense enthusiasm for developing new AI technologies while creating solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
