Main Duties

  • Deploy AI Agents in actual business legal settings which have established operational maturity records.
  • Establish secure connections with CRM systems, analytics platforms, content management systems and enterprise workflow systems.
  • Provide support for contracting, corporate governance, M&A, IP management and litigation and knowledge management workflows.
  • Provide explanation capabilities and audit traceability and structured legal operations reporting.
  • Implement exception handling, escalation logic, and secure API integrations.
  • Maintain compatibility with Azure enterprise environments and sovereign LLM infrastructure.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and execution timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Candidates must have experience implementing live production systems in actual enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Cloud-agnostic architecture compatible with Azure enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of secure authentication protocols and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Maintain documented Responsible AI compliance which includes testing procedures for bias identification and bias reduction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to integrate with multiple corporate platforms and handle organized data throughout various stages.
  • Performance benchmarks including latency, reliability, and stress-testing metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates need to provide examples of successful enterprise legal workflow implementations which their organization has completed.
  • Able  to establish documented time savings and operational efficiency improvements for projects. 
  • Knowledge Strong explainability framework and audit governance design.
