Main Duties

  • Development and maintenance of CRM systems together with customer databases while confirming that all information meets accuracy standards and follows governance protocols and privacy protection regulations. 
  • Establishing and tracking CRM KPIs which require verification of customer interaction results and customer retention rates and the assessment of customized marketing campaign success. 
  • Artificial intelligence and analytics platforms to develop customized customer messages which include special promotions and strategies that enhance customer interactions through their complete relationship with the company. 
  • Works with marketing departments and lifecycle management teams to create data-based methods that will boost engagement with ultra-high-net-worth clients. 
  • Training and operational support from the organization which includes guidance on how to use customer data management and analyze customer insights and improve their marketing campaigns.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree which specializes in Business or Data Science or Marketing or another relevant field of study. 
  • Five years of work experience in roles that involve managing customer relationship management systems or handling customer data or working with analytics functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management systems and artificial intelligence marketing technologies and customer interaction methods. 
  • Experience with the implementation of data governance procedures which help to maintain compliance with regulations. 
  • Communication abilities which enable them to speak and write in both English and Arabic languages.

  • Customer-oriented approach together with skills to make decisions based on data analysis. 
  • Professional experience through his work in both financial services and customer-oriented industries. 
  • Demonstrates strong business skills which enable him to convert data findings into economic benefits. 
  • Individuals demonstrate the ability to work successfully with marketing teams and lifecycle teams from different departments. 
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in using AI and analytics technology to create better customer experiences.
