Job Description

Salesforce is hiring a Principal/Distinguished Deployment Strategist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to develop AI strategies and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves designing solutions for agentic AI, deployment management, working with technical teams, and customer adoption improvement. Candidates must have a background in enterprise technologies, customer delivery, project management, AI solution design, and Salesforce technologies.

Experience: 4+ years; 6–10 years for senior-level positions

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing customer engagements throughout their lifecycle for successful implementation and adoption.
  • AI strategy formulation and implementation of agentic AI using Salesforce platforms, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • Project schedule management, stakeholder communication, deliverables management, risk management, and progress reporting.
  • Collaboration with forward-deployed engineers and use of AI development tools for faster delivery.
  • Assessment of AI readiness of the customers, adoption, stakeholder management, and feedback on Salesforce platform development.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field and experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS technology, technical advisory, or program management.
  • Experience in providing solutions for clients in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, specifically Agentic AI and Data Cloud with knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java and Apex.
  • Experience in handling complex projects end-to-end and experience in creating solutions for AI/LLM, agentic AI and responsible AI.
  • Project management and multitasking skills along with bilingualism in Italian and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce applications like Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Experience in developing AI solutions for highly regulated sectors like healthcare, finance, and government.
  • Certification from Salesforce as a Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, or any other Salesforce platform certification.
  • Experience with respect to knowledge in change management, organization design, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience with basic knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, RAG, model evaluation, and a proactive approach to solving business problems.
