Job Description

CPX is hiring a Lead Analyst, Sector Domain (OT Cybersecurity), in Abu Dhabi to coordinate cybersecurity activities between the OT SOC and sector stakeholders. The role focuses on incident response, threat hunting, cybersecurity risk management, stakeholder engagement, security assessments, awareness programs, and sector-specific guidance. Strong program management, leadership, analytical, communication, and cybersecurity expertise are required for effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cybersecurity activities and joint efforts by the OT SOC and sector parties, including incident response investigations.
  • Provide expert knowledge about a chosen sector for incident response, threat hunting, cybersecurity assessments, and other security-related tasks.
  • Develop relationships with the clients, suppliers, security staff, incident responders, and other parties.
  • Keep track of cyber threats, compliance, good practices in the sector, and the market trends in the sector.
  • Take part in cybersecurity awareness and training programs and be a part of the OT SOC in customer and sector interactions.

Requirements

  • High level of people and process management skills with capacity to coordinate cybersecurity teams.
  • Project management knowledge was demonstrated in aspects of project start-up, scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, writing, verbal, analysis, and technical communication abilities.
  • Capacity to handle several activities at once and perform under pressure.
  • High team leadership and coordination skills, together with good knowledge of Office software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP and/or GIAC certified; and any other sector-specific certification in the cybersecurity field.
  • Experience in program management, including program definition, scope determination, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent skills in leading and coordinating activities along with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, technical writing, and communication; excellent skill in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools and cybersecurity awareness and risk management programs.
