Main Duties

• Maintain highest safety standards and lead initiatives to resolve facility risks.
• Operate and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems across data center infrastructure.
• Manage UPS systems, generators, HVAC, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure continuous uptime through proactive monitoring and operational excellence practices.
• Support facility maintenance activities including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety practices.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical infrastructure operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex facility and equipment-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data center operations and maintenance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center engineering or facility operations.
• Experience working with mission-critical infrastructure and high-availability environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in technical environments.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
