Main Duties

• Support daily engineering and workshop operations across multiple business units.
• Assist in aftersales, service, and technical support activities for operational efficiency.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and support engineering tasks.
• Analyze performance metrics such as equipment uptime and service turnaround time.
• Use Excel tools to track data and identify improvement opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science Statistics or a related discipline. 
• Applicants who have either completed their studies or possess work experience that does not exceed two years.
• Basic Excel skills and Power BI skills provide additional benefits.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze information and solve problems through their advanced analytical thinking skills. 
• Effective communication skills while working effectively with others in team settings.

• Strong interest in engineering operations and business applications.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to work environments that require practical experience. 
• Initiative to implement operational enhancements.
