Job Description

At Microsoft, the Cloud Solution Architect for AI Solutions and Copilot executes a customer-facing strategic role which uses Copilot Chat, Agents and M365 Copilot to accelerate AI transformation. The role requires the delivery of business value through AI adoption support to enterprises while developing scalable architectural solutions and change management processes together with AI-based innovations.

Main Duties

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers driving AI transformation and business outcomes.
  • Design and lead architecture strategies for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure adoption, usage, and long-term customer success.
  • Use agentic AI and prompt engineering techniques to scale AI deployments.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Accelerate AI adoption through best practices, reusable solutions, and community engagement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve AI strategies and internal execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies and customer needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering or Business or related fields. 
  • Demonstrate four years of experience which includes working with cloud infrastructure technologies,  IT consulting and solution architecture. 
  • Acquired experience in systems administration and network operations and software development support. 
  • Strong understanding of AI solutions together with enterprise cloud platforms. 
  • Capacity to transform business problems into AI solutions that can grow with the organization. 
  • Experience in collaboration with stakeholders to support both adoption processes and change management activities. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Copilot Chat,  M365 Copilot and AI enterprise tools. 
  • Agent-based AI systems function and how to create effective prompts through prompt engineering. 
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Azure, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. 
  • Extensive experience in analytics and architecture and real-time intelligence systems. 
  • Developed reusable intellectual property and established best practices through their work experience.
