The Senior Director, Business Transformation at DAMAC is responsible for leading all major procurement activities and organizational changes throughout the company. This role focuses on the optimization of procurement processes through cost efficiency improvements and enterprise system implementation combined with the development of transformation programs that match business goals while delivering measurable operational and financial results.

Main Duties
- Design Procurement transformation programs to meet organizational business objectives.
- Implement process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving projects that are applied throughout its supply chain operations.
- Deployment of procurement systems which include Oracle, SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance frameworks, and sourcing governance to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor budgets, spend analytics, and program outcomes to deliver efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Ten years of experience in project or program management work or consulting work that focuses on procurement or transformation projects.
- Possesses advanced skills in three areas which include procurement transformation and process optimization and supplier management.
- Implemented procurement technology platforms which include Oracle, SAP Ariba and Coupa.
- Demonstrates advanced expertise in spend analytics and sourcing governance and contract management frameworks.
- Ability to direct extensive transformation processes which result in concrete business results.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced certifications such as MCIPS, CPSM, PMP, or PgMP.
- Enterprise systems like Oracle ERP or similar platforms.
- Possesses exceptional leadership abilities together with effective stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making capacity.
- Requires a capability which enables translation of strategic objectives into specific transformation programs.
