Job Description

DAMAC requires an Architect Technical Audit Quality Control professional to conduct architectural assessments and verify construction project compliance. The position requires the person to conduct site evaluations, detect quality discrepancies, and propose solutions for improvement. The applicants will work with consultants and contractors to create reports which will help ongoing development projects achieve their improvement goals.

Main Duties

  • Conduct regular site audits across active projects and adjust visits based on project risk levels.
  • Assess architectural works ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications standards.
  • Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports with photographic evidence, dashboards, and structured technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and teams to resolve issues and provide clarifications.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Five years of work experience in the UAE which should include work on construction projects in Dubai. 
  • Architectural consulting firms and has supervised construction work. 
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in quality control procedures and site audit methods and compliance assessment. 
  • Create reports, dashboards and technical documents through productive work methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-rise buildings and mixed-use developments and large-scale construction projects. 
  • Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and exceptional problem-solving capabilities while maintaining precise attention to minute details. 
  • Possesses excellent communication abilities which enable him to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. 
  • Handle multiple audits and projects at the same time while working under high-pressure situations.
