Job Description

The Manager IT Audit, Technical Infrastructure at Al-Futtaim is responsible for evaluating IT systems, ensuring cybersecurity readiness, and safeguarding enterprise infrastructure. The organization conducts system assessments to verify system integrity and ensure compliance with regulations while assessing system performance through data analytics and AI tools which improve audit operations and boost IT governance throughout the organization.

Main Duties

  • Evaluate IT systems to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and compliance with standards.
  • Review technical configurations across cloud, databases, operating systems, and networks for best practices.
  • Assess IT architecture and cybersecurity readiness to prevent unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
  • Execute data analysis work through Power BI, Alteryx, and Advanced Excel to obtain audit insights. 
  • Protects its IT assets while maintaining their maximum efficiency through auditing and verification activities. 
  • Assess all system development lifecycle stages to confirm that new systems will be installed with necessary security measures. 
  • Uses special audits and investigations with analytical reviews to achieve its operational goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or CISA/CISM certification.
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in either IT auditing or cybersecurity or technical infrastructure auditing. 
  • Deep understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure together with operating systems and network technologies. 
  •  Demonstrate expertise in Power BI and Alteryx and Advanced Excel as data analytics tools. 
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking abilities together with report writing skills and communication expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large enterprises or conglomerates or the banking sector IT audit functions. 
  • Experience using AI-powered auditing tools and automation systems that include Copilot. 
  • Develop security solutions through the evaluation of intricate IT system designs. 
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities to collaborate with IT and Information Security teams.
