Main Duties

  • The implementation of analytics needs to be driven through the evaluation of supply chain performance, which should be assessed against both SLAs and contractual obligations. 
  • Analyze customer requirements, which will enable them to create data-driven project plans that match freight forwarding operations. 
  • Create and oversee KPI frameworks, which will help them track logistics performance from start to finish and maintain high service quality.
  • Develop business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI for real-time insights.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis to optimize costs, efficiency, and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field is required for this position. 
  • Possess extensive experience in freight forwarding operations which includes knowledge of air and ocean logistics regulations. 
  • Professional has demonstrated his business implementation and analytical skills through his work in continuous improvement projects. 
  • Experience using business intelligence tools which include Power BI and data reporting systems. 
  • Excellent project management abilities which enable him to handle all stages of complex project implementation from planning through execution to performance assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean and Six Sigma methods to achieve process improvements and cost savings.  
  • Possesses excellent leadership abilities and communication skills together with expertise in managing stakeholders across international teams and organizational departments.  
  • Expertise in three areas which include KPI governance and performance benchmarking and operational quality assurance frameworks.  
  • Possesses the ability to educate and guide teams on analytics and reporting tools and performance-based organizational development.
