Job Description

The Solutions & Analytics Analyst at Etihad Airways contributes to digital transformation in Revenue Management through his work in designing, deploying, and maintaining data science models. Main Duties:

  • Develop and deploy advanced analytical models (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive) in the revenue management ecosystem.
  • Calibrate pricing, forecasting, and optimization parameters for improved forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain revenue integrity processes to identify and correct violations.
  • Monitor revenue impact of RM solutions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Research and implement enhancements in inventory and system functionalities.
  • Manage user acceptance testing and coordinate bug fixes, upgrades, and new releases.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Need two to three years of Operations Research or Data Science experience that should include work in either aviation or Revenue Management fields.
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages together with Azure Synapse, BigQuery and Snowflake data warehouse systems.
  • Analytical abilities together with abilities to develop innovative solutions and entrepreneurial capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in DevOps/ML-Ops practices.
  • Experience in digital or analytics roles within airlines.
