Job Description

Senior Manager Compliance Technology functions for Majid Al Futtaim by using AI-based compliance solutions to promote organizational integrity. The duties of the position include dashboard design and risk detection which includes fraud identification together with forensic analytics support for investigations and evidence-based leadership decision-making while maintaining secure technology that scales according to governance requirements throughout the organization.

Main Duties

  • Analyze compliance data using dashboards and models to identify early indicators of risks including bribery, corruption, or policy violations.
  • Lead evaluation and improvement of compliance technology tools including compliance management systems, analytics dashboards, and case management platforms.
  • Develop compliance risk indicators and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness and detect emerging risk trends across business units.
  • Support investigations through forensic data extraction, transaction analysis, fuzzy matching, and visualization of evidence-based analytical findings.
  • Design AI-enabled solutions and improve reporting dashboards for Ethics Committees and the Board while ensuring governance compliance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or information systems with strong analytical foundations.
  • 8 years of experience working in compliance analytics and fraud detection analytics and data science and risk monitoring. 
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in analytics and visualization tools which include Power BI and Tableau and SQL and Python programming languages. 
  • Experience using AI models and LLM-based tools to conduct compliance investigations and detect anomalies and automate review processes. 
  • Basic knowledge of forensic analytics and eDiscovery tools which include Nuix and Relativity and Outlook eDiscovery platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Actual experience working with compliance and ethics and investigation data according to FCPA and UKBA and AML regulatory standards. 
  • Capability to create AI-based compliance monitoring systems which handle document assessment and investigation results processing. 
  • Deep knowledge about how large companies manage their governance and risk assessment and organizational compliance systems. 
  • Secure and scalable analytics systems that meet both corporate governance requirements and enterprise technology standards. 
  • Compliance insights for executive leadership and board committees using advanced dashboard visualization tools.
