Main Duties

  • Develop and deploy automation solutions using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and Logic Apps.
  • Design specialized data analysis tools that enable efficient access to operational and business data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and align automation initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and update automation systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all automated systems comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry compliance requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma while candidates with higher degrees in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields will be given preference. 
  • Demonstrate at least four years of work experience which should include time spent in the airline sector particularly in Flight Operations. 
  • The candidate needs to demonstrate extensive understanding of aviation regulations and operational standards and airline operational procedures. 
  • Experience with both automation project implementation and the use of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Expertise in SQL and logic-based systems while showing strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform through my work on Power BI and Power Automate projects. 
  • Possesses knowledge about airline operational procedures which include managing both flight crews and cabin crews. 
  • Demonstrates excellent project management abilities which enable them to manage multiple projects at the same time. 
  • Exceptional ability to maintain compliance through their detailed work on documentation and system configuration tasks. 
  • Capability to convert complicated data findings into practical solutions which businesses can use to improve their operations.
