Job Description

The Information Security Manager at Inception leads the development of cyber and information security strategies which protect the entire organization. The position requires specialists to implement governance and risk management and compliance frameworks while securing Azure cloud environments. The manager will handle ISMS implementation and direct all audit and compliance tasks and oversee incident response operations while collaborating with stakeholders to build enterprise security systems that support AI technologies.

Main Duties

  • Develop and implement enterprise cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect systems, data, and infrastructure.
  • Manage Azure cloud security operations using native security tools, automation frameworks, and scripting for continuous protection.
  • Establish and maintain ISMS frameworks while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead incident response, risk management, internal audits, and disaster recovery planning to strengthen enterprise security resilience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote security awareness, manage risks, and integrate AI-driven security automation initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Cybersecurity or Information Systems or Network Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related field. 
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in leadership positions that focus on cyber security and information security. 
  • Extensive practical skills in utilizing Azure cloud security tools and automation frameworks and scripting languages. 
  • Demonstrates professional background in developing and operating ISMS programs which resulted in the attainment of applicable certifications. 
  • Expertise in managing business continuity operations and developing disaster recovery plans. 
  • Knowledge about audit procedures and compliance standards and methods to communicate with stakeholders. 
  • Capability to oversee security governance processes and handle risk management frameworks and manage incident response activities. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 42001 Lead Implementer, or Azure Security Engineer. 
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with advanced AI infrastructure and automation platforms. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence. 
  • Experience in the implementation of AI agents together with autonomous orchestration systems which will lead to the automation of security operations. 
  • Collaborate with different technology groups and business teams to achieve successful results.
